This is the only apartment on the first floor of an independent small house used in the lower part as services by the owners and this is the only one with a terrace.
It’s about 60 sq.m. and it is composed of a cosy living room with a kitchen area and with a French window on the terrace, of a two-single beds room , of a bathroom with a shower and of a double-bed room.
The apartment is very cosy thanks to the traditional tuscan furnishings.

Its main characteristic is the total privacy of the terrace and it is very suitable for a family (4 persons).
