This is the largest apartment of ours (110 sq.mts approx.), an independent small house, with walls covered with climbing plants, located inside the estate garden in front of the swimming pool. The entrance is in the "Piazzetta dell'Orcio".
It consists of a large living-room (very bright thanks to the 4-shutter french window and to the several small windows looking on to the swimming pool and facing the sunniest side of the property), made up of a sitting area, a dining area with a large convent table and a comfortable kitchen area.
The most attractive characteristic of this apartment consists of two fully independent sleeping areas, situated at the opposite ends of the living room: the first one is made up of a 2-single bed room, a bathroom with shower and a coatroom, the second one is made up of a double bed room, a bathroom with shower and a coatroom.
The major characteristics of Caterina 4 are the large living room, the full privacy of two sleeping areas, the traditional furnishing with ancient pieces of furniture and, above all, the nearness to the swimming pool. The outside private space, shady and calm, is located behind the kitchen.
